I began working with Freddy 12 weeks ago. At 54 years old, I had never stepped into a gym much less worked on weight training. Freddy has been a wonderful teacher and coach up to this point. He walks me through every exercise with patience and encouragement while pushing me to my fullest potential. There has been noticeable changes with regard to having more strength, feeling more energetic, understanding nutritional needs, and having a more lean appearance over these past 12 weeks. I am looking forward to seeing how far his program will take me as I continue on this journey with him.
